We are pleased to announce that Canterbury Guided Tours can now offer virtual city tours from the comfort of your own screen.

Our guide will take you on a tour of the beautiful city, exploring its fascinating history using a series of images and slides.

We'll take you on a timeline tour from the very beginnings of Canterbury, through its world famous history including Romans, the start of Christianity in this country, the antics of a few monarchs, plenty of murdered Archbishops, the famous Pilgrims and other travellers. The effects of World War II, right up to the modern, vibrant City of tourism, education and retail that it is today!

Your virtual tour with us will last approximately 45 minutes and will include time for Q&A at the end.

Virtual tours are also available in other languages as well as clear/easy English for those learning English.

We can tailor your virtual tour to one of our Specialist Interest themes such as: Literary, Royal, Tudor or Roman Canterbury, along with many other available connections. If there is a particular area of interest, do let us know.

We can host your tour to one or multiple screens, depending on your requirements. Perfect for clubs, schools or groups who are unable to visit us together.
